23 buyers met grower prices to purchase 23 grades - Wheat, barley, canola, lentils, lupins, and oats traded in 12 port zones.
CGX and igrain enable growers to offer grain for sale - Growers delivering to warehouse can offer grain for sale on CGX. Growers with grain on-farm can offer grain for sale on igrain and determine pickup/delivery timeframes.
When your grain is offered for sale on CGX all buyers can see it and try to purchase it.

Weaker demand to end financial year
The last week of the financial year saw hesitant activity in grain markets as buyers continued to reduce price ideas for most grades of grain, while many growers were comfortable to close the book on this financial year and focus on next.
23 buyers matched 43 sellers offer prices to trade 23 grades of wheat, barley, canola, lentils, lupins and oats through Clear Grain Exchange last week.
This saw grain trade across 12 port zones in NSW, VIC, SA and WA with the majority of the prices traded well above indicative published bid levels.
There were spits and spurts of demand through last week with buyers bidding up for specific grades in specific locations as they looked to fulfil specific requirements.
Some growers adjusted their offer prices on the back of stronger bid or trade prices they saw on CGX to meet those prices and sell, many others were happy to watch.
Higher protein wheat grades continue to attract demand across most locations trading at better prices than lower grades. Noodle wheat in the west remains a sought after commodity trading at $560/t, while APH2 wheat traded $415/t ex farm southern NSW.
Feed barley traded $345/t Albany and $337/t Pt Adelaide with malt grades trading $10-15/t above. On farm barley traded at $345/t southern NSW.
Non GM canola traded $755/t Kwinana + oil bonification while GM canola nearly reached the same levels trading $750/t + oil bonifications. Non GM canola traded $687/t Melbourne + oil.
Nipper lentils traded $969/t Pt Adelaide, lupins traded over $600/t in Kwinana and oats were trading $535/t in Albany port zone last week.
