US grain rose on bargain-buying ahead of the Independence Day holiday weekend, with US markets closed on Friday, as traders took profits not willing to carry short positions through the weekend with a sniff of some trade deal announcements.
Old crop feed barley took a good jump in WA, maybe on some export business. China has been buying Ukrainian feed barley but hot weather has slowed harvest progress with some concerns about yields in southern areas.
