Look Out!

** I will be offline for the next 2 days, so you will have to read your own tea leaves**


  • Markets all off again last night, with beans being the biggest loser.

  • I wonder if you’re allowed to say biggest loser anymore.

  • Maybe beans were the least winner; that’s better.

  • With the USDA report on Monday night, I forgot to report on the Egyptian wheat tender, where they wanted to buy 3.8 million tonnes of wheat between October 2024 and April 2025.

  • It was a bit like watching an Aussie breakdancer; disappointing as they only bought 280,000 tonnes from Ukraine and Bulgaria.
