Dorothy just clicked her heels; I don’t think there is much wheat in Kansas anymore.
Kansas wheat market was up AUD$8.50 last night as dry weather is starting to raise some Hard Red Winter wheat concerns.
It’s very early days and the crop was rated at 56% Good to Excellent this week, which was the highest rating in 4 years, so the market might have gone the early crow.
US Hard Red winter wheat is trading around USD $260 FOB (Free on Board) ex the Pacific NorthWest.
Given we have USD $7 - $10 freight advantage into our backyard markets, Asia, it puts APW around the.......
